Mark is a fully qualified independent financial and mortgage planner and he will use his expertise, developed over many years in this industry, to provide you with suitable advice in what can often be a complex area. Collinson Hall are not authorised to provide advice in any area of financial planning so we leave these matters to KDW associates. At any one time there may be hundreds of different mortgage options available, only some of which will meet your needs. Mark will use the latest mortgage sourcing systems to sort through the whole of market and identify the best solutions for your current circumstances.

That done, Mark will also oversee the process of actually taking the mortgage right through from the application stage to completion, ensuring that all the relevant parties (lawyers, lender, yourself) have all the right documentation at the right time. This is an essential part of the service, as all too often communication breakdowns lead to otherwise unnecessary delays and complications  -  Mark's job is to ensure that everything progresses as smoothly and as painlessly as possible.

Being an independent financial planner, you will also benefit from Mark's ability to advise you on other essential matters related to your mortgage such as protection for you and your family in the event of death or critical illness, as well as protecting yourself in the event that you lose your income.
