In brief these are:

• “Let Only” – We market your property and find suitable tenants.
• “Let and Collect” – We find you suitable tenants and collect the rent throughout the tenancy.
• “Full Management” – We find the tenants, collect the rent, manage the tenants, the property and the entire letting.

1.“Let Only”: This includes:

• Advice and Rent Valuation
• Marketing the Property
• Find and reference prospective tenants
• Prepare Tenancy Agreement
• Collect Deposit & First Month’s Rent

2. “Let and Collect”

• Service Level 1 PLUS
• Collect rent throughout the tenancy.

3. “Full Management”

• Service Levels 1 & 2 PLUS
• Inspect and report on condition of the property during the tenancy
• Arrange Gas Safety Inspections as required by Law
• Notify Council Tax authorities
• Provide Financial Statements
• Arrange repairs and maintenance
• Organise extensions of tenancy
• Provide full information to tenants for vacating the property
• Check out inspection
• Take Meter readings between tenancies
• Provide assistance to Landlord and their Solicitors.
