Higgins Construction PLC has been appointed to carry out the construction of 80 private residential units on behalf of our client Spen Hill Ltd.
The development consists of four separate blocks arranged around a central courtyard with underground car parking. There is an additional two blocks of smaller units to the outside of the main blocks.
The superstructure will be constructed using a reinforced concrete frame construction consisting of five storeys. This will be supported by a combination of piled and strip foundations. New main services and drainage are to be provided to the development along with a central plant energy centre. Stone panel cladding will be used to complete the external facades. The internal fit out element of the units will consist of high quality fixtures and finishes. External hard and soft landscaping will complete the area.As part of the above works we have also been appointed to carry out partial demolition of 25 H Alma Road and the refurbishment works to 25A Alma Road.
Higgins Construction is a community constructor who specialise in the education, housing and healthcare sectors.
