Robert has dealt with me throughout the whole purchasing process with politeness, courtesy, helpfulness and respect. He has still got the best price for the sellers (we paid over the asking price to get the house) so has maintained his role in the process but has facilitated the purchase and made our experience less stressful, been on hand to help answer queries and ensured a smooth transition from initial offer through to completion. I have enjoyed working with him and his hard work co-ordinating between the sellers and their solicitors, myself (enabling me to chase my solicitor and feedback where needed) has been clear to see. We would very much consider using Collinson Hall in the future as I believe your ability to deal with both parties well during a sale actually increases the likelihood of them going ahead and it being a relatively pain-free process. This approach seems far more sensible to me than the hard-nosed price-driven approach adopted by many others.
