About me:
I came to Collinson Hall after 20+ years of working predominantly in customer service across the finance and freight sectors, although I have also had the privilege of being a personal carer. Through these roles, I gained a vast amount of experience in helping clients navigate complex and difficult situations that I can draw upon.
Why I wanted to work at Collinson Hall:
Looking for a new career where I could transfer my skillset was initially a challenge, but then I saw the role at Collinson Hall online. With almost 200 years of trading, it’s obvious that their customer service is excellent to have been in business for so long, and with this role, I’d be able to transfer my skills to a new environment. So, I applied and the rest, as they say, is history.
What I do outside of work:
Family is extremely important to me and so most of my time outside of work is spent with my daughter. However, when time allows, I attend an outdoor ‘boot camp’ gym, which can be challenging in cooler months, but means that it counteracts the time on the sofa watching sci-fi or horror films on Netflix!
